AlwaysGrocer is an online hyperlocal grocery platform connecting local stores, customers, and delivery partners through a single mobile app. We ensure a smooth and secure onboarding process for all users to maintain quality, trust, and safety on our platform.

Currently, onboarding is available only through the AlwaysGrocer Mobile App. Registration is quick and verified via email and OTP.

Sign up using your email and OTP to start browsing and ordering from nearby stores.

  • Email and mobile number
  • Address and shipping address
  • Geo-location for accurate store and delivery matching

For Store Partners

Last updated: July 2025

Register your store via email and OTP, then list your products to reach more local customers. We collect the following details for verification:

  • Store profile, address (with geo-location), timings, and store image
  • Owner details, bank details, Aadhaar, GST, and PAN
  • All submissions reviewed before approval

For Delivery Partners

Last updated: July 2025

Join the AlwaysGrocer delivery network and choose your delivery mode (Walk, Bicycle, Motorcycle).

  • Personal details and address
  • Bank details, Aadhaar, license number, RC (for vehicle use)
  • Location sharing must remain enabled during deliveries

Verification Process for (Store & Delivery Partners) : All submitted information is reviewed by our backend team to ensure authenticity and compliance. Once approved, you’ll be notified via the email/app and can start using the platform immediately.
